Michael has been working with us for over two years now and he is without doubt an exceptionally gifted trainer. He manages to make our weekly sessions different every time and adapts his extensive knowledge of many different training disciplines and approaches to our individual needs. Uniquely, our weekly sessions combine yoga, pilates, resistance and cardiovascular work, core stability strengthening and mobility improvement but above all, a greater understanding of how easy it is to stay fit and toned using some simple techniques without the need for pumping weights....and of course how to have fun in the process. Apart from being a great guy to be around, he is a living example of everything he believes in and we are unashamedly hooked! Can't wait for next week!
